Terms and Conditions

Making A Purchase

If you see something you like ordering is easy:

browse the site and one by one add the products you want to the shopping basket
to adjust the quantities of goods, click “view your cart”, use your cursor to highlight the quantity and amend to desired amount and click “update cart”
at any time you can review your shopping basket and its cost by clicking the “view your cart”
then when you're ready to pay click on the checkout icon (please note you will be directed to a payment screen, if you wish to view your purchases you must do this before proceeding to the checkout)
Enter your payment details, these will be then be stored on a security-protected site and you will receive an order confirmation.

We will then process your order and send out your goods. Should items be out of stock and dispatch of your order be delayed we will notify you. We will not debit your payment card until we are ready to dispatch the goods. Alternatively print off your order and send it to us along with a sterling cheque or money order made payable to The Nappy Biz (N.B. Goods will not be dispatched until funds have been cleared). Pricing

All prices are subject to change. Original prices correct as of 01/03/2003.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Dispatch

Delivery is normally within 5 working days of receipt of payment, although please allow up to 28 days. All orders are subject to item availability. We shall contact you within 2 working days or less and advise you of stock availability.

Delivery and Postage Costs

Delivery will be by Royal Mail/Parcel Force/Initial Citylink. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.

Refunds or Credit Notes

May be given for returns of unwashed, unworn items in original condition returned within 28 days of purchase. Unwanted goods must be in a re-saleable condition. We cannot refund or exchange used and/or washed nappies unless they are faulty.

Replacement Policy

We will replace products that are deemed to be faulty as long as they were purchased within the last three months (some manufacturers will replace upto six months). We will require proof of the purchase date so keep note of any receipt/invoice numbers.

Privacy Policy

We may from time to time send you information on other Nappy Biz promotions that we think may interest you. If you do not wish to receive Nappy Biz news please e-mail us at enquiries@thenappybiz.co.uk. E-mail addresses are collected but will never be passed to a third party. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
